Meet Engagez – The New Platform for Virtual Working Connections
NITIC is using a new platform for hosting Virtual Working Connections: Engagez! This powerful online platform is designed for virtual and hybrid events, offering robust tools for networking, engagement, and content delivery. We will officially roll out Engagez for Virtual Summer Working Connections, with the possibility to expand its use in the future.
We’re excited about all the features Engagez offers, including:
- Customizable venues with chat features, discussion forums, and networking lounges
- Engaging experiences through gamification (leaderboards, scavenger hunts, etc.) and virtual booths
- Flexible session options, including live, pre-recorded, and on-demand content with integrated video streaming
- Comprehensive event management, featuring multi-track agendas, embedded videos, downloadable documents, and in-person support (QR code check-ins & badge scanning)
- Detailed reporting, including session attendance tracking
